First of all, I would like to point out that we saw and detected that you were fighting violently, swearing outside the taxi driver and the security in front of the bank for about two hours before entering the hotel. We followed you later because there was a curfew in Istanbul that day. Then we saw you sitting on the sidewalk and shouted and swore at everyone passing by. then you tried to enter the hotel and disturbed other guests inside. Vores anlæg er netop blevet renoveret og vi er blevet renoveret på bedste vis for at I kan få en smukkere og mere behagelig ferie, men grundet misbrug af vores ikke-sensitive gæster er vi også forstyrrede af denne situation, men vi oplever alvorlige problemer, og vi forsøger at løse problemerne så hurtigt som muligt.
