This modern, comfortable, and clean hotel is run by the dynamic crew of exceptional young people, who are going the extra mile to cater to the guests. Very pleasant stay, especially convenient for its (relative) proximity to the Istanbul airport. However, if Istanbul is your major destination, be prepared using a taxi to reach the city.

I just stayed one night to transfer, but it was nice. Staffs are kind and helpful. It took about 15 minutes to the airport by taxi.

Very very thin walls, I was hardly able to sleep. About 20 min away from the airport in a random area, quiet area but easy to get a cab. The property is new and the style is nice but although everything is nice, its very cheap quality. Very clean though.

Small rooms - nothing close by to the hotel - call to prayer was extremely loud. Asked questions at unusual hours of the night. Sewage smell from bathrooms. Very disappointing.

Upon arrival, we were told that Expedia cancelled our reservation. They had 1 room with a double bed left and charged us $128.00 US dollars. They would not accept a credit card. We had no choice at that time but to pay.

Televizyonda internete bağlanamadık, görevli arkadaştan destek istedik bilmediğini iletti. Banyodaki yüz havlusu yıkanmaktan sertleşmiş ve delinmiş, sanırım 10 yıllık havluydu. Ayak havlusunda bir bölüm sararmıştı. Oda ışığında baş ucu kısmının bir tarafı hiç çalışmıyordu, diğer tarafı da alt kısım bozuk üst kısım çalışıyordu. Yatak en ucuzundan sanırım, tek gece konaklama sonrası belim ve sırtım ağrıyor. İlk ve son defa tercih ettim.

Temp was stuck on heat. Waited for assistance to get help to cool down the room. Never showed up. I left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. Never got refunded

The place and room were dirty. The air conditioning of the room did not work we told the front desk and they did NOTHING The TV did not work The room main door frame was coming off. The bathroom air vent was beyond noisy so when the light was on, the air vent turned on automatically and was super loud.
