Good location next to the airport
Well-located close to the airport. Friendly service. Standard, clean room. Minus comes from all the plastic during breakfast - although this is most likely due to covid. Perhaps it is also better to dine somewhere outside the hotel.

The cleanliness was excellent because it applies the COVID protocols. It is COVID sensitive and the staff are very concious about it. It gives comfort for the guests. The rooms are also very clean. Overall the cleanliness is excellent.

IBIS standard hotel. No frills, but clean and friendly. If you are working at the shipyards in Tulza its ideal.

Room was clean n quite. No extra pillows were stowed in the room and amenities were quite unimpressive. Food in the restaurant was not good at all. Staff was friendly but not trained enough to act professionally.

Delightful. My first experience with an Ibis--and if every Ibis is like this one, I will seek them out wherever I travel. The room: The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were supportive. The surfaces were clean and the decor was comforting and inviting. The room layout was compact yet plenty big enough. The only negative was that the curtains felt plastic and cheap. The Lobby: I wanted to hang out here. There were many distinct spaces with different furniture layouts and levels of privacy. Food Service: There was a bar and a giant breakfast room with big windows looking out to the pleasant grassy area. Oguz and the entire team were friendly. The food was tasty and presented in an inviting way. I didn't want to leave! And one major bonus: the hotel welcomed my pets and the outdoor area was fenced and safe for us to play fetch and get some exercise before hitting the road again.

Should be more professional !!!!!
Booked for a unsmoked room. When I arrived been told there is none unsmoking rooms available and they gave me smoking room. As a never smoked ,asthma patient , the room was horribly smoke smelling. Thankfully the reception lady tried so hard to fix this mess. Thank you Mrs. Esra.i think you definitely deserve a promotion and a pay rise.

My room was clean, basic, efficient and comfortable--had everything I needed but no more--true to the Accor brand. I was impressed by its quietness and had good sleep in both nights of my stay. The hotel is however an island surrounded by highways and railroad. There was absolutely nothing around, no restaurants or shops, when I walked out of the front door. I was in particular bothered by the unresponsive management when I messaged them for information on how to get from the SAW Airport to the Hotel (it was my first visit to Tuzla). I have never received any response for my message. Upon inquiries, I was given these three explanations by two different staff members at three different times: 1. My message was received but the Hotel was too busy to respond; 2. My message was never received; 3. My message was received but was unable to be replied to due to a mechanical error. Well, some or all of these explanations would have to be untrue! In fact, when I called from another city before my arrival in Tuzla on why my message had never been replied to, my call got cut off rudely by the Hotel staff. It was later blamed on yet another "mechanical error"! I am so disappointed by how a hotel within the Accor chain could have such poor staff performance.
