The staff was what set this hotel apart. They had great tips on what to explore in the city, and even gave us a city commuter pass to use for the street car that had pre-loaded money on it. On our last day, we had to leave for the airport the free hotel breakfast opened, and the front desk went above and beyond to get us breakfast early and coffee to go. Only downside is that the rooms are fairly small, but the hotel made up for it in service.

Got upgraded from a windowless room to a tiny room with a super tiny window with a view of a wall . I wouldn't call it an upgrade. Otherwise, good hotel with great amneties

This boutique hotel was a real gem. Modern, clean, excellent location, right next to metro, and just a few minutes walk to Galata Tower. Breakfast was excellent as well, and the view from the breakfast area was beautiful.

Ideal location for shopping, eating and access to other areas of Istanbul (metro immediately opposite). Area seemedsafe and clean. Stunning views of Galata Tower and Karakoy from rooftop restaurant. Family connecting rooms were great. Reasonable minibar and modern shower.

Clean and centrally located. Steps to the metro. Only criticism is they provided a coffee machine but not the coffee pods. What’s the point if you don’t have pods to use it. We had to call them every night to make sure we have coffee pods for the morning. They limit 2 pods only.

Staff are very helpful and lovely people. If we needed advice on where to go they were always available. The property was clean and very comfortable. Only downside was my room was facing the main road where people sit to watch sunset and musicians play, it was pretty noisy and went on till 2am . Other then that it was a great experience and would stay there again. Located near metro which was convenient and Galata tower where there wete loads of shops cafes and restaurants

Great hotel. Rooftop breakfast was the best. Very friendly staff that arranged a transfer to the airport. Metro station Shishane is just minutes away. Galata tower is also close by.

Great choice!
Really great hotel. Modern, clean and amazing location. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Rooms are not big, but fit us and our bags without problem. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and cafes, and a the metro is right outside the door. Short walk to the Galata and hundreds of stores. A great find.

Friendly and helpful staff made the stay very easy and enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and roof area where you eat was really pretty. Location was amazing, with view of the Galata tower, plenty of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Dry cleaning service proved handy to us and was efficient. Room was clean and modern with all the expected amenities. Our room had no window so didn't get any natural light, instead it had a balcony for smoking which was unpleasant, covered in pigeon poo and inbetween buildings so very dark, and had some kind of generator/boiler on it which was noisy through the night and kept me awake - this is what brings it down to 4 star for me. Would recommend upgrading to one of the more premium rooms!

Everything about this place is very, very good. The room, the shower water pressure the bed,,, wow,, i could have stayed in bed all day long,,, The breakfast on the terrace with amazing views and such beautiful staff, gracious and friendly,,, And the location,,,,, right in the middle of everything and public transportation,,, two minutes from the Galata tower, about o minutes to the Galata bridge and the value for the money,,, it doesn't get better than this. A REAL GEM IN THE HEART OF ISTANBUL.

This is the best hotel in Istanbul. We stayed at this hotel during our first night when we arrived in Istanbul and loved it so much that we decided to book this hotel again during our stay. The location is perfect and walking distance to many places. The room was very clean and to a high standard. The staff are so lovely and very friendly. They also have the cutest cat, I miss her already. I would definitely be booking this hotel again for future visits.

Fab hotel in great location.Lovely roof terrace with views all over Istanbul.Modern and clean rooms,friendly staff.My only criticism would be that the window in our room was within inches of a wall,meaning that there was barely any natural light,never mind a view!Hard to tell if day or night! Otherwise a wonderful stay
