the location of the hotel is fantastic. it is near historical sites and public transportation like tramway, buse and metro. also, you can use your feet to walk to sites like Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. The employees are so friendly and help us so much inside and outside the hotel. The cleaning is amazing because every day the clean and change stuff. wifi is so good, and breakfast is marvelous, which so many different things. I advise people to visit this hotel and have this unique experience .

dear Ethar,You have been very fair and honest and made an extremely high score. We always respect customer reviews, but only if they are fair. During your stay at our hotel, you only drank soup because of your dental treatment. Your room was maintained every day, free coffee offered throughout the day, the respectful behavior of the staff towards you, and the positive sincere attitudes you have aroused in us, we do not accept the evaluation you have made. Every guest is valuable to us, except the Ungrateful. I refer you to Allah.

As a solo female traveller, I wanted somewhere where I could feel safe and comfortable and this hotel was just that. All the staff were helpful and welcoming, from the receptionists to the cleaners and kitchen staff. My room had everything I needed and was always cleaned well, breakfast was decent, and the staff were always willing to help me. The area is perfect as the tram is easily accessible and many places are within a walkable distance. Jamila, Khabib, Jihad, and the cleaners were a delight to meet and were very kind staff :).

Es ist kein Luxus Hotel, es ist sauber, die Betten sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Städtetrip optimal Preis Leistung stimmt, mehr braucht man nicht, man ist ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Der Große Basar, 400 Meter entfernt die Blaue Moschee und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. War eine Top Unterkunft

Der Blick aus dem Fenster führte zur einer Wand. Man hat sich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war voll verstaubt, das Bad war ganz schrecklich. Man musste in 2 qm ,auf Toilette, Hände waschen und Duschen. Die Umgebung vom Hotel verdreckt. Das Hotel an sich war ganz versteckt in einer Seitengasse, kein Taxifahrer konnte es finden. Wir mussten 3 Nächte dort verbringen, das war wirklich furchtbar. Auf den Bildern wurde es super schön dargestellt in Wahrheit wie in einem Ghetto. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr bemüht...aber bei dieser Unterkunft war echt nichts mehr zu helfen. Lieber bezahl ich in Zukunft mehr aber nie wieder so ein Hotel. In meinem Leben war ich in keinem schlechterem.

Ein gutes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal immer sehr bemüht. Zimmer sind gut, tägliche Reinigung. Sehr gute Lage, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn, Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Frühstück reicht völlig aus, Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Sabrina und Yakup Ates

Ihr Zimmer wurde gewechselt, nachdem Sie sich über den Lärm von draußen beschwert hatten. Sie haben angegeben, dass es keine Probleme gibt. ２泊しました。ハウスキーピングはゴミを捨てるだけ。シーツやタオルはそのままです。Wi-Fiは良いです。外は静かですが、ホテル内の音が響きます。朝食付きでしたが案内などは無く、聞かないと場所を教えてくれません。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれます。
