⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. When we arrived, we were asked to wait to check in because the apartment was still being cleaned. However, once we were finally allowed inside, it was clear that the apartment had barely been cleaned at all. The place was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with rubbish and various items left inside the cupboards. It honestly looked as though the apartment had not been properly prepared for new guests. The condition of the apartment was completely different from the photos shown in the listing. The TV was also broken, despite looking relatively new, and there were other issues that made the apartment uncomfortable and unacceptable for a stay. We immediately contacted the management and asked to be moved to another apartment, but unfortunately nobody seemed to care or take our concerns seriously. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The man responsible for looking after everything was particularly unhelpful and kept ignoring our messages and requests instead of trying to resolve the situation. After travelling and arriving expecting a clean and comfortable apartment, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. We should not have had to spend our time complaining about basic things such as cleanliness, broken equipment and rubbish left behind by previous guests. I would definitely not recommend this ap

The facilities were very nice … the fitness room, pool, sauna and steam room. The unit was suppose to sleep 4, but only had one double bed in bedroom and regular couch in living room- not a sofa bed that pulls out. Communication with owner was non existent; any concerns we raised went unanswered. We actually checked out early and moved to another accommodation (hotel) with wonderful beds so my travelling companion could get some sleep

This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid for a luxury apartment, but what we received was the complete opposite — a very poor, dirty and badly maintained room that was nowhere near the standard we had paid for. The worst part was that we found bed bugs in the room. We were moved to another room, but the replacement room was also extremely poor, dirty and far below the standard we had booked and paid for. We informed the staff several times and provided evidence, but the problem was not properly resolved. The staff and service were extremely poor and unprofessional. We felt completely ignored and disrespected as guests. I paid for a luxury stay, but received something completely different. I genuinely feel that I was misled and did not receive what I paid for. What was supposed to be a pleasant family holiday turned into a horrible, stressful and frustrating experience. Think twice before booking this hotel. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

En fait ceci n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence sans direction, sans accueil avec seulement des vigiles à l’entrée. Nous n’avons eu ni internet ni tv malgré plusieurs demandes et avoir une paire de draps pour le deuxième lit à été compliqué. L’environnement de l’hôtel est très bruyant car une autoroute urbaine passe juste devant. La piscine est sympa, la literie un peu décevante (j’ai eu des draps troués) Je considère néanmoins que le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le gros point faible reste la légèreté des interlocuteurs.

Solo para registrate tienes que ir al restaurante que esta ahi a unos pasos con el muchacho, pero solo fue cosas del idioma pero todo estuvo muy bien, puedes recibir visitas, abajo hay restaurante y tienda, esta a unos 20 mins de galata caminando, buen acceso, no esta en el area turistica pero la verdad esta muy comodo, mucho espacio, tuve cirugias y disfrute mucho por que me salia al balcon a distraerme y eso fue de mucha ayuda, si tienen cirugias o algo se los recomiendo, asi no estas encerrado todo el tiempo.

Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft! Was uns hier erwartet hat, war ein absoluter Albtraum. Die Fotos im Internet haben mit der Realität nichts zu tun. Statt eines sauberen Hotels fanden wir ein völlig verdrecktes Apartment vor. Schon beim Betreten war klar, dass hier seit langer Zeit nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Das Bett war voller Staub, das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren massiv verschmutzt und auch Geschirr und Besteck waren in einem Zustand, in dem sie nicht benutzt werden konnten. Für eine Unterkunft, die rund 300 Euro kostet, ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Der Pool war ebenfalls nicht nutzbar. Er war verschmutzt und wegen Sanierungsarbeiten gesperrt. Darüber wurden wir vor der Buchung nicht informiert. Damit fiel ein wesentlicher Teil des gebuchten Angebots weg. Die hygienischen Zustände waren so schlecht, dass wir die Unterkunft noch am selben Tag verlassen mussten. Mit unserer Familie standen wir plötzlich ohne Unterkunft da und mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel finden. So etwas sollte niemand im Urlaub erleben. Der Gastgeber war für uns praktisch nicht erreichbar. Mehrfache Kontaktversuche blieben ohne Lösung. Selbst Expedia konnte den Gastgeber nicht erreichen. Bis heute warten wir auf die Rückerstattung unseres Geldes. Ich kann diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ehrlichkeit, Erholung und einen funktionierenden Kundenservice legt, sollte unbedingt woanders buchen. Istanbul bietet zahlreiche Hotels, die ihre Gäste respektv
