Accessable room was good,staff were polite and helpful 10/10,breakfast and evening meals were first class,free parking and retail park shopping centre close by,been to The Canterbury Bell many times.

The Royal Oak Hotel
The room was nice and clean everything was available that was needed. They upgraded me to a family room at no extra cost because I had my 1 year old grandson with me they even provided a travel cot for him I would highly recommend
