Lovely Hotel very attentive to good service.
"We had an issue on the first night with a noisy kitchen fan unit under our window. Not much sleep had! I went to see Reception first thing and the receptionist and Manager were terrific. They said that we could move , we just packed our things, went out and they moved our luggage to a new room."

Superb, friendly staff.
"Really friendly staff and easy check in. Rooms great, a bit of damage here and there to furniture and fittings. Food was good, heard a few people complaining about length of wait, but I didn't have a problem. Would happily stay again."

"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. 23 Nov 2019Out of season Broadstairs is a lovely, tranquil place to visit. Coastal walks, cosy pubs and restaurants, unusual independent shops, there are few chain stores lining the dramatic high street, which leads straight down to breath-taking Viking Bay.
