"Historic hotel with sea view. Our room was town facing. Nice and warm. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Inviting bath. Freeview TV. Pod coffee machine with lots of pods. Tea bags, coffee bags etc. Friendly atmosphere. As well as a good breakfast, we enjoyed a very good Sunday lunch at the hotel."

"Great location for a stay in Deal. Lovely views, of the sea and pier. Accommodation was well equipped , so you can easily bring food in, but it is also very close to lots of pubs and restaurants. So we chose to eat out."

Out of season Broadstairs is a lovely, tranquil place to visit. Coastal walks, cosy pubs and restaurants, unusual independent shops, there are few chain stores lining the dramatic high street, which leads straight down to breath-taking Viking Bay.
