Level of service is very high. Personal without being bothersome. This is my second stay and is was nice to see many staff who remembered me and my preferences from the last stay. Breakfast was fresh varied and extremely tasty. Well done to all the catering team.

We had a really amazing stay at Ramada in Islamabad. The staff is really friendly, the rooms look tip top. I also really like the location of the hotel and I must appreciate the quality of the breakfast. The only things concerning are the dirty carpets in the looby and common areas, brings down the impression of the place. The other thing that really bothered my was the parking situation, guests should be allowed to park inside.

Better than the Marriott!

While I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada, my only concern was that the shower door was broken and that breakfast ended far to early. The other irritating factor was that they are not able to provide you with multiple room keys. If you loose one, it’s a significantly bigger deal than I’ve ever encountered. Outside of those small issues, I enjoyed the Ramada significantly more so than the Marriott! 9/10 - would recommend!

Over all good expirence price is always on higher side if i look at hotel shouldn't be more then 70$ normal room

Comfortable stay

Everything was great only room was cold and the heating was not working. Reported it 3 times and was told a heater would be put in the room but it never was. That spoilt it because we were cold during the night and had to layer up
