Very bad experience
Rooms air condition were not working the bedsheets were stained bathrooms were dirty and smelly no towels and overall very poor service

it was miserable to stay there for even.fir minute. Bad smell every where Dirty n Broken furniture. Rats n cokroch every where. i didn't stay there n ask them to cancel my booking but were very rood. they told me that they hold this room since morning and ghis was lie as i just booked n was at the property within 15 minutes of booking.I also called expedia to cancel my booking.i called 3 times n hold the line while expedia rep told me they are trying to reach Bilawal logde but there was no Awnser. I want my money refund n i booked again with Safari club 1 n spend night there. Safari club 1 is the best place to live n very professional staff.Thank you
