Overall, this was a beautiful stay. The beds were very comfortable, the space was roomy, and everything was clean. The area itself is lovely and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and quick to reply whenever I had questions or concerns, which I really appreciated. A few things to note: there were no paper towels, garbage bags, or washcloths provided, and there were no chairs on the decks. The water was a bit inconsistent at times, and the apartment was difficult to find initially. One of the upstairs/outside beds did break while I was on it (I’m 135 lbs). I wasn’t seriously hurt, but I did have some minor bruising. Despite these issues, communication was excellent and the overall experience was positive. I would consider staying here again if needed.

This property has so much potential. The good: - great location, great ocean view. Just a few minutes from Punta sur. Felt safe, really the whole island felt safe. - the bed & couch were so comfortable! Felt clean except a few dusty areas. - there was a small pool that was nice, our boys had it all to themselves. Also rooftop Jacuzzi (not heated) was nice. Beautiful views from the rooftop! - nice & quite community, very few residents or guests present while we were there The bad: - it was a little tricky to find within the complex - there was a (nice) worker there at 5 PM when we arrived trying to check in. We were both surprised each other were there. He was cleaning up and then gathered some things and left. - the digital keypad malfunctioned several times. My husband went back to grab something while we were at a beach and he was there a long time trying to get in. He was NOT happy and actually went around through an abandoned condo and accessed our condo through the rooftop entry, which thankfully wasn’t locked! - NO hot water in the showers! And very poor water pressure. - NO washcloths were provided. We found a bag of extra towels in a closet, but still no washcloths. And only one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom (5day/4 nights). We did go buy more. - No oven, only stove top, which wasn’t a huge deal, but just FYI. No washer and dryer available either, again not a huge deal but just nice to know.
