"Very spacious, clean, facilated villa, host were very generouly with supplyingfood and drinks for us. It have great reach to ski and Sapporo city centre if you have car. The only drew back for us is no dish washer and only 1 toilet, other then that it's perfect for my family would definitely book again."

"We were so delighted to discover this new hotel. It is spacious and very clean. The hotel location is very accessible. There was a bit of a difficulty with communication during check in because we couldn’t understand the English accent of the online receptionist. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. "Incredible hotel in the heart of Sapporo city.
Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, quiet and had USB-C ports straight from the wall.
The Hotel ammenities are amazing, with washing machines, alcohol vending machines and an Onsen with a cold plunge, showers and a Sauna.
If we ever find ourselves in Sapporo again, this will definitely be our hotel."

"We didn’t get the check in instructions 24 hours ahead as indicated. Also nobody answered the phone number posted on the door. This made for a terrible check in. However, once we got in, the place was clean and comfortable for our party if 5. I’d stay again, but will know to ask for the check in instructions well before. "
