"Lovely interesting place, friendly welcome. Hostel owners had time to talk and are very proud of their little jewel in Ennis. I highly recommend it, even in winter with floods threatening. Unfortunately didn't get to sample the restaurant which I hear is amazing. We will be returning."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The radiator in one room was on full despite it being a hot day. There are a few complexities finding the right apartments in each block and using the door locks. The room by the road was quite loud with traffic, even with the windows closed. The rooms near the back were quieter. The ensuite was clean and modern. I was very impressed with how calm and friendly the reception staff were. "

"The proximity of the property to downtown Dublin is unbeatable. Being located between the Guinness Storehouse and the Temple Bar made walking a breeze. The parking was extremely secure and I felt comfortable leaving my rental car. My only issue was exiting the locked car park early in the morning. I was given a number to call if I left before 10am to open the gate. They were helpful, but it still took ~20 minutes before I could get out of the car park. "

"The Old Mill Hostel is housed in a historic building dating back to around 1780, it brings a lot of charm to the place while everything has been well renovated. The staff is very welcoming. Thomas paid attention to details and made sure every guest feels at home. Bedrooms and linen are comfy which makes guests sleeping well and being nice. "We stayed for a few nights and found it was lovely and big campus. We weren't told where to have breakfast and we got lost trying to find it, then we didn't get told what we could eat in terms of our coupons and we didn't get to eat the following two days after paying for it. The room was standard but good enough for staying in for sleeping, the sink was leaking, the tap was cracked and we got soaked in the rain and the radiator didn't even turn on. Was not happy but least we got them dry the...
