"Myself & my husband stayed in this beautiful hotel many times before we had kids. We were really looking forward to our stay unfortunately when we arrived the front desk informed us that the pool was under maintenance & we didn't get a chance to use it for the duration of our stay. We would have appreciated notice of this beforehand as the kids love pools. We also still paid full price, no discount for the inconvenience of no pool, we were left looking for things to do then with the kids after this, it was disappointing."
