"Shem Creek Inn was the perfect place for me and my son to stay for catching a charter boat to Crab Bank and for visiting Charleston. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully located on the creek with loads of pelicans and other birds flying by. Nicole at check in was super helpful and friendly, and the self-serve breakfast had better options for us than, for example, a Holiday Inn Express. Parking was a breeze in December, and plenty of good restaurants close by. I'd certainly stay here again. "

"This is my third time staying here and I will always recommend it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We had one issue with noise and the staff resolved it immediately. This is the best place to stay with close proximity to anything you’d want to visit in Charleston. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again! The staff was also super welcoming and friendly! "Suzi and Nicoll ( front desk staff) were amazing and helped accommodate us with an early check-in just in time for a relative's wedding. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff who also made it possible. The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable. Shawn, the bartender and wait staff who handled the wedding reception were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo for any special occasion or hotel stay!"
