Very nice location and property was clean with the super market in it which was very convenient for anybody travelling with family

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful design, comfy bed and friendly staff. Gorgeous views and quieter end of town. Great breakfast and cafe over the road linked to hotel was amazing. Owners really helpful with suggestions and ideas. Welcome bottle of fizz was a lovely touch. Easy walk to restaurants/bars, glacier gorge, First cable car, Pfingstegg and rail station and village bus stops right outside the door. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved the place,highly recommended,need to know you will need to cook your own meals,fully functioning kitchen,otherwise you can eat out at local hotel,within the village.the co-op have big presence in area for grocery supplies,with biggest store in interlarken ost,and smaller presence in Murren,and lauterbrunnen

The staff were very attentive The room was spacious, clean & very well maintained The wi fi was perfect Breakfast was 10/10 Position beautiful away from the busy area of Interlaken It was a pleasure being in a traditional Swiss Village We would highly recommend

Just stunning to stay in an actual castle overlooking a stunning view. We felt like we really were in a Disney movie. The weather was stunning and we just loved it. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Only down side was the room was quite small. However it had everything we could need.

Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. ​The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. We especially appreciated the bidets and Qibla direction, which are very helpful for Muslim travelers. ​Highly recommended for anyone exploring the Jungfrau...

Had an fantastic holiday in Interlaken. The hotel was in a great location. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very filling! The room was very comfortable and clean and had a great view of The Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. Wish we’d stayed for longer.

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in the most probably the best location in the area. Stunning.

There is no doubt that the steep, but short climb up to this hotel is utterly worth the view

Everything about the stay was pleasurable, location, historic importance of the hotel and surroundings. Hope to return
