Lovely location, staff very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and well stocked with coffee etc. View from our room was stunning and the temperature in the room was perfect, the ability to open the window at night was good. The menu was not the largest and didn't change through the week but the food we did have was excellent.

Beautiful setting, excellent food,comfortable room with a great view, informative distillery tour and no obligation to purchase.

We arrived in darkness and were welcomed into a cosy bar with an open fire and comfy lounge area. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and had even offered to prepare us a meal as we wouldn’t be arriving before the kitchen closed at 9pm. The room was beautiful and I loved the style, a lovely nip of whiskey awaited us and some shortbread. The room was immaculate with cosy dressing gowns. When we woke up the next day we couldn’t believe the view from our room right across the sea. We will return...

The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too.

Wonderful location and had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed many fresh meals, welcoming hosts and the bed in my room was especially comfy! Will definitely be coming again.

A ideal relaxing getaway if you just want to eat, walk, relax and totally chill. Everything you need for a romantic hideaway. Evening meals were a very welcome addition to a near perfect stay.

We had the pleasure of staying with Marion & Moray recently. We survived the applecross pass drive! The complementary wee dram was very welcome after the drive & fighting the midges while watching the sunset at the beach. We were in a top floor room. Chatted with Marion & Moray that evening & over the full breakfast offering, talked about Applecross & some culture, events & travel tips which we were useful and gladly adopted! Lovely ans welcoming all staff were great

Perfect location for the night before taking on N3P starting with Ben Nevis. Check in was quick and easy with very friendly / helpful and professional owner / staff. Rooms were spacious and well equipped as were the toilets / showers. Kitchen and lounge were likewise. Highly recommended.

Hotel was really nice we booked last minute and the views near by are amazing Gent on reception/bar/kitchen was really polite and helpful as he was there on his own because of holiday season Internet was down due to a bad storm that made the stay more remote as civilisation and home comforts were almost 1.5 hours away Don’t let that put you off when fully staffed and WiFi working I can only imagine the stay would be even better

Without previous knowledge of Brander Lodge I was happy to find my room so well appointed and kind attention of experienced staff in the spacious dining , lounge and bar areas as well as the warm welcome I received from the host . All making my two night stay pleasant and relaxing . I am encouraged to make a return visit when coming to Oban area . I am recommending Brander Lodge to my friends and family .

Had to book it at the final hour and as a last resort but turned out to be one of the best hotels booked so far. The place was fantastic and very comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone looking to spend some time in and around Glencoe.

Lovely character-filled property. Staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect for us. Plenty of choice both cooked and continental. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel and although very good they could have offered more potatoes and vegetables especially for large hungry men. Great place to stay and would return.
