Wonderful greeting and welcoming from Darren and Karen. Perfect instructions, their local knowledge and enthusiasm and love for the area is limitless. The accommodation is superb, location is very central to some of the most historical and beautiful, silent areas.The choice of breakfast? ..I guarantee you wouldn’t get the choice of cereals, jam’s etc anywhere else.. We were met by our host at approximately 8 pm on the first night of our stay. We had provided an approximate time beforehand to help. We were then given the tour, which was extremely helpful. We loved the room - so clean and spacious with en-suite and the sea view was breathtaking. The new bath was very much welcomed, although we just used the superb walk-in shower provided during our stay. There were nice additional touches in the room, e.g. some whiskey to sample, tooth picks, cotton...

The double room with king size bed was spotless, bamboo mattress was very comfortable A good easy to use shower, only fault was no extras ie shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, these are basic in most hotels I would also have like more shelf space in the bathroom The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful Breakfast was continental which suited me, plenty of choice but no cooked breakfast available Evening meal was basic and edible We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would...

Clean spacious room. very unique modern cabins

Very well presented property, stunning surroundings. Communication from the owner was very poor, no response to any messages prior to my stay and I had to ring to find out which cabin I was stopping in and how to collect my keys. This was by far the most expensive accommodation I’ve booked while working in and around the whole of Scotland for the last 3 year and I would have expected the check in to be flawless for the price paid.

If you’re looking for a luxury break in a typically Scottish baronial establishment, this is the place for you. Great staff, great location, fabulous facilities, good drinks list and plenty to keep you occupied. Ten out of ten!’ (Plus there’s peacocks!)

A ideal relaxing getaway if you just want to eat, walk, relax and totally chill. Everything you need for a romantic hideaway. Evening meals were a very welcome addition to a near perfect stay.

Very modern nice B&B with good sized comfortable room looking out on lovely woodland. Fresh milk for the room was a really nice touch.

Lovely location, staff very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and well stocked with coffee etc. View from our room was stunning and the temperature in the room was perfect, the ability to open the window at night was good. The menu was not the largest and didn't change through the week but the food we did have was excellent.

A beautiful property in a very quiet village, which we loved. A really good base to travel around the Isle of Skye. Breakfast was fab too! We stayed in the manse house and had a large room with double aspect. Great bathroom. Shower was amazing!
