"The hotel was great. Our room was wonderful. The staff were courteous and helpful. We were disappointed that the parking was only vallet. I guess that is expected in the city. "

"This was the second time in one week that my wife and I stayed at the hotel. We had a very pleasant overnight stay and wanted a repeat of that a week later. One thing about it was the airport shuttle which was prompt and no delays. There was only one hiccup on the second stay and that there was a clogged drain and water backup in shower which was a bit of a mess. The desk staff alerted maintenance and they arrived within 15 minutes and immediately corrected the issue. Needless to say we still had a good stay and will probably visit again when we are in the BWI area. "
