"Cons-The area of the property was a little sketchy at first. Sits back in a wooded area. Hallway on the 5th floor smelled moldy/mildewed. Bed sheets were thin. WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pros-Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good with many options. Staff were polite. Location is in a good place with plenty of places around for food, gas, etc. Convenient to uptown Charlotte."

"Cheap stay in a bad area. My door number was written on with a sharpie. Microwave didn’t work. Roach infested as I noticed many young ones with the adults. Possible blood stain on pillow. There was security on site. Door lock worked as well as the air conditioner."
