"Tonya the person responsible for breakfast was awesome. She was working alone and managed to keep everything clean neat and plentiful. She was very friendly and more than eager to wait on customers. Kudos to Tonya you need more like her. She made the stay pleasant. The young lady working in the lounge was not friendly and she needs to improve her customer service skills. I didn’t get her name but she is the only one I have seen working serving drinks behind the bar. Maybe she was having a bad night."

"Best hotel we have ever stayed in , in terms of costumer service, cleanliness and room size. We ran into an issue with the receptionist charging my card when I already had a reservation through Expedia. It was at night and I was too tired I forgot to let her know and she didn’t not ask either. Next morning I realized about the double charge. I spoke to the general manager who happen to be there that morning and it was an easy 2 minute fix. Everyone was really friendly from receptionists to GM, to housekeeping and kitchen ladies. Definitely booking again on our way back home. "
