The staff was amazing, I was checked in by Ashton (I think that was her name). She greeted us with a smile, she was very kind and accommodating and a new lease to speaks with after a very long day of driving. Beds need replacing. There was no control of heat in room, even though there was a thermostat that led you to believe there was. Hallways and elevators very cold. Trash receptacle right outside front door of hotel main entrance overflowing entire 3 days we were there. Cleaning staff for rooms very good.
