"Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant"

"suraj and uday were exceptional hosts, the whole team was excellent. the property itself needs considerable work"

"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime."

"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "Excellent villa with contemporary, plush and elegant design. Large size bedrooms with great sunlight were delightful. Plenty of space for up to 10 guests. There is also dedicated parking, lift and swimming pool for each villa which exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a party of 6 to 10 people."

"Staff great and location on beach"

"Great hotel! "

"The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor."

"Amazing place and team! Highly recommended!"
