A bit out of the way but for the money paid for it I expected just a bit more. The door lock to our door was also falling off so not the safest feeling. It was also freezing."

"The room was clean and very well equipped. This is not a hotel per se. More of an air b&b type room. Our only issue was the location. The neighborhood was safe & nice but not the area displayed on the map. We were about a 30 minute walk from where we expected to be staying."

Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. "The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...
