Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order."

"We have stayed here a few times when we arrive in Tenerife too late for a connection to La Palma or our connection from Tenerife is too early for us to get there from La Palma. The place is always clean and comfortable and ideal for this type of pitstop"

"Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again ."

"Great location, across from the main park and truly a 4 star hotel (we had some bad experiences in Gran Canaria with a so called 4star). We had a room in the 1st floor with exit to an interior patio with greenery and sitting sofas, lovely! Great staff too! Would stay here again! "
