"My only complaint would be that the air conditioning unit is controlled by a motion sensor in the room, after some time without motion it shuts off. Obviously while sleeping this is a problem, woke up hot a few times, I had to sit up and wave my arms to restart it, this should not be the case."

"We were travelling with 2 toddlers and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating and supportive when we asked for help (after a chip disaster in the room). The attached Mr. Mike's restaurant was a great bonus and the fitness center, pool, and courtyard were wonderful amenities. The prime location across the street from the Orchard Park Mall was also amazing. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit Kelowna."

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last 10 years. Its location is good. The rooms are clean. However, we find the rooms are quite dark and not well lit. The king-size bed we had we found quite hard, so my wife did not have the best of sleeps. The room comes with a breakfast voucher, which is to be used at the Ricky‘s restaurant next to it. The options the voucher provides are very limited, however, it does allow a $10 credit per person to use against a full breakfast. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay. But my wife probably would not be back because they’re a bed was too hard. "
