"While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect. "

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quiet, clean, and neat, and the Grand Kitchen breakfast buffet has fantastic taste and selections. I'm returning next year and will stay longer; three nights was too short. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at the hotel."

"We love staying at Hotel Manu because it’s walking distance from Seoul Station and close to many other stations/markets/tourist attractions/etc. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice within 2 years and have made great memories here with our family. We have even tried the food at Seoulista and got a spa treatment at The Cell this time and it was great! I also want to add that my husband loves staying at this hotel because it has a gym which many hotels in Korea don’t have that is within our budget. The only downside about this hotel is that it doesn’t have a laundry facility but we made do with washing our clothes in the shower or going to the laundromat that’s walking distance from the hotel. Other than that, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we visit Korea next time! "
