"Our stay was everything you would hope it would be staying at a beautiful 5 star resort. The room was comfortable, beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings and the most comfortable bed. We had a gas fireplace in the room that kept us cozy and casted a warm ambiance for our stay. The hotel staff was great, location perfection. Exactly what we were looking for. "Check in was easy. The girl at the desk gave us a king sized bed looking at the parking lot. I then went back to the desk and asked the women, who just started the new shift if i could have a king sized bed overlooking the canel. She said she would check to see if there were any other king size room available. She was very accommodating and found a room on the 4 th floor with the same king sized bed and we were very happy with the change. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom.
