The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel.

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is a magical place. The room we were in was immaculate, the grounds were meticulously manicured and the food was incredible. But what sets this place above, is the people. We have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts across the world and I will say, the staff at Hotel Chinzanso make everyone feel incredibly well taken care of...special...like royalty. This will be the only hotel we stay at when going back to Tokyo.
