Guest rooms are designed with a focus on customer convenience and comfort. The man at the front desk around 8 PM was incredibly clueless. My room was in a separate building, yet he directed me to the wrong elevator. He couldn't understand any English at all.

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and efficient with their priorities. The room was very well cleaned and secure. The general air conditioning is very good. The staff in the breakfast area, are very happy and friendly. The breakfast buffet is nice.

SuperHotel Saitama Kawagoe
Has onsen(hot spring) on second floor of hotel. Excellent breakfast. Close to tourist attractions of kawagoe

NOMAD Estate Pia Realm
建物は経年が感じられますが 室内はリノベーションされており また清潔に保たれていました。 夕方入室した際 暖房で暖められていて 冷えて疲れた体が癒されました。 駅に程近く、コンビニ、飲食店も充実していました。駐車場はなく、近隣のパーキング周辺は道幅が狭いため少し遠くを利用しました。
