"Country Inn & Suites is usually our “go to” when traveling. This particular location is currently under remodeling….and it is very much needed. Thankfully we were not looking forward to using the pool because it is currently empty and they are using the area to store building supplies. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was in definite need of a remodel and a deep cleaning. Bed was way too firm for me and woke up with a backache. Found someone’s dirty (assumed) sock on the floor of the closet. The breakfast was advertised as a “buffet”. It was no buffet. It was a continental breakfast with a few hot items….most of which were empty at 9:30 and the breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30. If it weren’t for the fact that they are about to remodel, I would not stay here again. After the remodel….maybe."

"I was very impressed with this hotel, especially considering the low price we paid. There was a nearly full kitchen - a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen sink, dishes, a d a cook top is available. The room was plenty large enough for our family of six. Breakfast had a great selection and included some healthy foods as well. Staff was wonderful! So friendly. My only criticism was that the sink and soap were so high our kids couldn't reach them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Initially I was given a room that was "available" because I was early and asked about an early check in. And was thrilled to find they were going to give me a suite at no extra charge. I entered my room and proceeded to the refrigerator and freezer to put things away. Upon opening the door I was met with a pungent odor and the unit was warm. Figuring it could have been off awhile I left my items in my cooler bag, and proceeded to get ready and leave for a wedding rehearsal and set up. Upon arriving late evening I noticed there was no difference in the refrigerator. Too tired to deal with it i went to bed and addressed the problem with the front desk clerk in the morning. She had no record of me even being there or anyone in that room! My reservation showed canceled in the system. However upon digging further She found the actual paper showing my check in. I was given a different room. I moved my items to the new room. The appliance worked however there was a hole in the bathroom door, empty soap packaging on the bathroom counter and the frame under the bed seemed a bit small for the mattress. I had to move to the center of the bed to reduce the odds of just rolling off. Then upon checking out I was told there was an additional balance due of over $100. No notation, or explanation for the charges. I furnished the receipt for the reservation. 2 nights, 1 adult, paid in full in advance of my arrival. The desk clerk said she will address with her manager. But allowed me to depart"

"The breakfast has hot entrees, sausage and eggs, waffles, Great selection, hot coffee available anytime. Staff was good, check in easy. Not noisy. Room was clean. Would stay here again."
