"We booked thru hotels.com. We were completely miss led and left early our selection were made based. On the hotel having a hot tub and was lied to. No hot tub so basically I got soaked for $500 for one night stay when the only reason I booked there was for a hot tub. Under these circumstances you are completely scamming customers "

"Nice clean hotel . Easy check in ,and out . Room was clean ,and new furniture . Pillows were odd, small square pillows , hurt our necks ,not comfy at all, to bulky and felt to firm, wrecked my sleep . Staff was nice and accommodating upon check in , and out. Young lady running the Breakfast area was great !"

"Parking was easy. Didn’t have breakfast. It was a cool day and the heat in the room didn’t work. I had a late check in so didn’t bother over the heat but left a message."

"I am a frequent traveler to Northern Ontario”Muskokas” and allthough the front desk staff at checkin was lovely. Our sheets and room was dirty and the beds were old ans extremely soft(years of wear and tare I imagine” The TVs were old and no smart capabilty was available. The on line booking said continental breakfast but whwn I inquired I was advised they no longer offer that service. Coffee was cold and not enjoyable. I was advised they have been swamped with checkouts and did not have time to tend to this. But there were literally 3 cars in the parking lot both the evening before and when I checked in the morning. For me honesty is the beat policy and after a lifetime running tourism sales teams across both Can and Us. my thoughts went to complacentcy. Wven when your not busy all team members should act and maintain as if you are at 90 % occupancy. That simply is my opinion but I will never stay there again. "
