The kitchenette in my room was a fantastic feature – well-equipped, clean, and incredibly convenient. It's rare to find such a thoughtfully designed space that actually makes you feel at home rather than just passing through. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything I needed during my visit - note there is a pharmacy, hotels and the Muskoka Discover Centre around the corner. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary staff. When I checked in, I was exhausted from traveling and half-jokingly mentioned to the woman at the front desk that I desperately needed chocolate cake. I honestly didn't expect anything to come of it – after all, the hotel doesn't serve chocolate cake. But to my absolute amazement, she took my request seriously and promised to find some for me. I thanked her politely but privately wondered how on earth she was going to make that happen. Well, she did. The dedication and genuine care this staff member showed went so far above and beyond normal hospitality that I'm still impressed. It's this kind of personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile that transforms a good hotel stay into an unforgettable one."

"We stayed in a ground floor, tidy, clean motel style apartment. The balcony overlooked the lake and was warm and comfortable. Nice hot shower and a well equipped kitchinette. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a larger unit than the one we booked. Great value for money. "
