"So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner.
On approach to the room:
- pile of hair with a cotton bud in it

HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED:
- Human hair all over floor
- dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help)
- stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus)
- human hair on sheets
- bathroom was dirty
- soap dispenser empty
- shower gel...
