"Habitación diminuta, baño con regadera que echa agua a todos lados, menos a la persona, el servicio es ausente, escaleras sin pasamanos, nada recomendado para personas con necesidades especiales, televisión sin poder utilizar porque no encontraron control remoto, la cafetería no abre a las 7 hrs como lo indican. "I had an issue with the number of towels provided , we were 6 and we were only given 3 towels. Hotel staff expected us to “share” and after a long conversation and contacting Expedia agents they reluctantly agreed to give me 2 more. "

"Tastefully decorated and designed with spacious rooms. Short walk to the main areas of the city in a quiet neighbourhood. The only unfortunate aspect was the poor sound proofing between the rooms. So this all depends on the other guests."
