Caird Hall, McManus Museum, Abertay University and main shopping area all within 5 mins walk. Parking available at hotel but also plenty of car parks nearby. "

"Thought the room cleanliness especially the carpets the skirtings and bathroom floor were looking worn bed was great clean sheets towels ect just looked really tired and used dressing table was looking old aswell….. staff were really helpful and kind would stay there again value for money "

"Nice clean room. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Poor selection of coffee/tea etc. 2 decaff coffee, 1 teabag and 2 sweeteners. No sugar or stirrer."
