"My grandson and I had such an amazing stay. Lynette welcomed us at the front desk and told us everything about the resort. She sent us on a scavenger hunt and was always available with good information and we really enjoyed her. Pamela at Knickers was also extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations! We are already talking about coming back! We had such a fun stay! Also we enjoyed Ron our shuttle driver! He had so much knowledge of the history of the resort and his rides were so fun! Thank you all for making our visit one we will never forget! We can’t wait to return! "

"I have stayed in hotels all over the world. I travel for work often. This location was a hidden gem in so many ways. I have properties in the area, and not only was it close to where i needed to be but for a last minute reservation , the accommodations were outstanding. I give 1000 percent credit for this excellent stay to Juanita Raymond!!!! Her customer service skills, friendliness, smile, and her knowledge of what to do in Tavares was exceptional. I will have continuing business to do in this area and trust i will be staying at this location with no hesitations. "
