"We enjoyed our stay with our 2 kids. The only issue I can think about is the sand around the pool (I think this was a temporary issue). Beautiful place, very quiet and relaxing. The room was very clean! The staff was great! The restaurant is nice too. Will go back!"

"They didn’t mention that housekeeping was every other day or needed to be requested at time of checking. After my first night, I requested for my room to be clean the next day. I guess they missed my request so I tried again the following morning, at the front desk. Once again my request was not addressed and ended up staying 3 nights without any housekeeping. It might be optional and not included in the price, not sure. It a shame as I like that hotel and 8’ve stayed there many times."

"I was given the wrong room. The hotel staff blamed it on Expedia. I paid for a suite with a King bed and was put in a regular King bad room. They were booked so they did not accommodate me. On top of that the room given was by an active train and the freeway so it was very noisy during the day and night. We didn’t get much sleep at all. "

"Bed sheets dirty and full of stains was shown to front office , if u suffer from seasonal allergies or asthma their AC filtration and duct is absolutely terrible,"
