Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
had a glitch @ check in where no rooms were clean. the two wonderful ladies working check in were spot on and were able to get the situation corrected in a timely fashion.

Blossom Hotel Houston, Curio Collection by Hilton
It was terrible. I was told I would get a $200 refund after I signed out within 24 hours when I went to see what I have noticed that he did I was given the runaround.

The Whitehall Houston
Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay.

Hotel Zaza Houston Museum District
The room #840 was not up to the level of this high end Hotel! I would have had a nicer room at a local name brand hotel.
