"Nice and clean room. Breakfast available for a fee. No free parking. Garage parking right next to hotel but had to pay daily. I think they should offer reduced parking for hotel guests. Desk staff was great."

"This is a new, extremely clean property in a rapidly gentrifying part of town. The rooms were spacious and I loved the shower with both the standard and rainfall nozzles. Valet service was prompt and all the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel is a bit rough but rapidly changing with all of the new medical related buildings going up. We didn't try to find a place to eat around the hotel but based on the walking we did, I think that would be challenging but I am sure more options will arise in the years to come. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the commuter train which handily took us close to the Astros ballpark. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable room at a reasonable price. Staff were helpful. Office chair smelled like pee. Was replaced quickly after I reported it."
