The staff were very friendly and nice!! My suite did not have any hand soap or towels. House Keeping was there in two minutes. I customer service was on point.

Club Quarters Hotel Downtown, Houston
The rooms are small but effective. Does not seem like a four-star hotel. Virtually no staff all check in at a terminal where you make your own keys. Bizarre but it works.

The Whitehall Houston
The room was looking patched up. Older and it looks like things were glued together. It was disappointing for the price. The staff was helpful.

Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
Good stay for price and location. The room was fairly clean except shower, which was an easy fix. AC worked well and was turned on for check in. The staff were excellent.
