Two bathhouses are still in operation, The Buckstaff and Quapaw. The Buckstaff is traditional with men and women services on separate floor. They do not take appointments so get there at the start of their operation hours. We want to check out Quapaw

Magic springs was nice, and downtown area was interesting and lots of cool shops. The mid America science museum was fun and entertaining. I wish there was more shopping in the area and more restaurants as we did have a little trouble finding much

Hot Springs has a lot of history, which I liked. People are very welcoming and nice. Great food. Spa great! The only thing is sad to see so many locals closed, bad shape and abandoned. I hope the city will work on that. That place is special!

Hot Springs was great. We spent most of our stay wandering around, saw many interesting shops, found great gluten-free food, went to a couple of distilleries as well as a margarita/beer festival, and ended with a yarn shop. Loved our stay!

We went to Hot Springs to experience the hot springs baths. We did that at the Arlington Hotel. It seemed like the experience was much like it had been 100 years ago, judging from what we learned at the Hot Springs Visitor center.

Go to the Bathhouses early - like 8:30am before they open. We did the Ultimate experience at the Buckhouse Bathhouse and it was worth it! Do research on times and packages at the 2 bathhouses before you come.

"The first thing I noticed when getting off the elevator was how fresh and clean the hallway smelled. Then when we got to our room, it was just as clean and fresh! Loved the outdoor pool. We were impressed with the extra security of using a room key for elevators, pool area, and outside doors. Highly recommend this hotel!"
