Great place to stay. The property is immaculate and has a lovely garden area with a picnic table. Plenty of parking. The cute garages are a great place for sitting in the shade in the provided chairs or for letting young children play on a rainy day. Hopscotch anyone? We had a problem with the TV when we arrived and late in the evening the staff walked us through the steps needed to get the streaming service reset and were ready to come back to do it if that hadn’t worked. We enjoyed our time and will definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights at best court recently while visiting Hot Springs national Park. We found the hotel a pleasant surprise, considering the reasonably low rate. The property was very well kept with rose bushes outside of each unit. Each unit had its own garage if you choose to park inside. That also provides separation from nearby rooms. Our room was two queens and was quite spacious. It was only a very short ride to Bathhouse Row in the national park and associated hiking trails.

This is our second stay here. We love it. The property is quaint and cozy - quite nostalgic. Each room has a garage with chairs so you can enjoy a morning coffee enjoying the courtyard. The garages were built for Model Ts and Model As so you can only park a bicycle or motorcycle in there. The Best Cafe is next door with great breakfast & lunch (with a full bar). We are looking forward to our next stay.
