"Fabulous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoyed my stay while on my travel assignment.. will definitely be staying again. Clean, quiet, new modernized rooms. Staff was very accommodating. I commend a newly hired young man that was in training. I think it was his first or second day. He did an exceptional job."

"No one was there to check us in. Had to wait a fair bit before someone showed up. Signs everywhere telling you there are no public bathrooms. Made everything feel kind of sketchy. The breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable. The room was tiny. For the price, I would choose to stay elsewhere. It wasn’t terrible, but there’s lots of better choices."

"The shower had mold in it and the sheets had red spots on them. I immediately left and tried to get my money back but I was told no refund because I booked third party! Will NEVER stay there again!"

"The hosts were nice and helpful. The room 162 was very run down. There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was hard as a rock with body impressions like it was very old. The shower has a bolt for a knob. The Air conditioner worked good though."

"Was unable to get confirmation or a check in code. Host was not available and never responded. We spent over 2 hours mid-travel, having a Hotel.com representative find an alternative. We were sent to a hotel where we had 3 separate rooms . We had made plans to stay in a house and had brought food to cook. This altered all of our plans. Don’t believe the house actually exists"
