The staff was okay,but the room was lacking! There was a wet smell of mildew that hit my nose as soon as I entered the room, there were stains on one of the beds, a roach on the floor, bugs in the icemaker, the beds didn’t feel Queen sized more like twins, the tv was tiny with limited channels. It was overall a lackluster experience and stay. I’ve had previous good stays with candlewood suites but this stay made me want to choose a different brand as my go-to stay. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Also the fact that the deposit was raised from $50 to $100 with no prior notice and the only explanation given at check in was “someone messed it up for everyone.” Nothing about that stay warranted a $100 deposit.

We will be back

Hotel is the best value for anything near the medical centers. Clean and pleasant. Good bed, great showers. No breakfast, so take of the saved money and get a good one nearby. Be sure to get a room that faces the front of the property. The roar of the highway on the backside is continuous.

Very close to the highway which is a plus and a minus. Room had a workable kitchen, room was comfortable. Hallways smelled like a hotel but room was clean and no smell.

Met our needs

Pleasant stay in a good location for our purposes. It's extended stay so we didn't receive maid service or clean towels, although the folks at the desk told us to ask them for fresh towels. Bed was comfortable.

The sheets were dirty on one bed and there was dog hairs under the sheets on the other bed, the shower floor was dirty, mold on the ceiling above the shower, i have knots on me from getting bit while in bed. I paid for a king suite but they put me in a standard double. Worst experience ever!

Candle wood hotels are usually my go to hotel for one night stays. I have always been pleased. The hotel it’s self was good don’t get me wrong. I just have little picky quirks that bug me. For example there was only 2 pillows, the people above us stomped ALL NIGHT LONG. Just little stuff like that. Overall it was doable for a one night stay.
