The property was clean and the property is family managed. Very friendly and accommodating! Quick access to the Moccasin Spa as well as the Evans' Plunge. Will stay again when we come back in the area.

For many years, I stay here at least once a year on my way to or from Deadwood. I love the owners as they run a good business. The coffee shop out front has good coffee or tea, and food! It’s right by the river and you just can’t beat the small town feel of Hot Springs. If your lucky you’ll see trotting deer and turkeys nearby

The staff at checkin was very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us to one of their cabins which was a pleasant suprise. The cabin was clean but there was deferred maintenance noted. The coffee pot was old and dirty but they do offer free coffee in the lobby. Overall, the stay was good.

This property is being renovated, and is getting a fresh, updated look. They are doing a super job, and the room is very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure when I first pulled up, but after settling in I can say I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. SUPER PPL!

I love the updated room. The barn door style is our favorite. The gentleman at the counter checking us in was absolutely amazing. We booked a cabin online but expedia changed the reservation but im not mad the guy said our room was better anyway as it was updated recently. The little coffee shop on the lot was a nice place

Very comfortable bed with excellent linens. Wasn’t comfortable with the bathroom setup, the stool/shower area in particular. It’s very dark and had a musty odor in that area.

To no fault of their own there was a lot of construction in the town so it was a bit noisier and harder to navigate the town. You can tell this family is working hard to make their hotel a place families can have a nice stay! Food wagon and outdoor activities available on site. Prickly pear margaritas for the win!! But overall, the rooms need a good cleaning. From the floors to the shower. The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would stay again.

We didn’t realise that absolutely nothing would be open on a Sunday so after 9 hours driving and then walking around the town to find everything closed whilst hungry and tired, it wasn’t the best experience. I’m sure it’s much better on other days of the week. There are no facilities at the hotel so we had to drive to find an open restaurant of which there was only one anywhere nearby which is a Mexican restaurant - probably our least favourite cuisine! A lovely breakfast from the coffee van next to the hotel the following morning though with very friendly staff.

Great place to stay just a short walk to hot spgs

Clean comfortable place to stay, nice people (probably owners) at the front desk. Just a short walk to Moccasin Hot Springs -- absolute delight!
