"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. This hotel is located inside a the Obelisco Mall, below the parking lot. Although there is a variety of dinning at food court area of the mall, they close pretty early, around 7 pm, and the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant option itself. "This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star!
