"It looked like they built a fancy new front on a cheap hotel from the 70’s. The bathroom was gross, but not just like it wasn’t clean, like decades of wear and scale. They had no elevator to the room, and everything past the lobby was really dated. I was honestly shocked his was under a banner like Wyndham. "

"Breakfast they had eggs that have been sitting awhile in the Pan. We were up and eating by 6:30. It was pretty. I had a funny taste was disgusting. I asked if they could make me an omelette. They said we don’t do that. They were gonna charge me extra five dollars I asked can you make me fresh scrambled eggs they couldn’t do that. I asked if they could make me an eggs over easy they couldn’t do that so I had some fruit and we went out and ate breakfast somewhere else so the buffet could be better. I had no blow dryer in my room. I had to ask for that over all the beds in the television and things were very clean and comfy, but it looks like it needs a little bit of a tile makeover sink was cracked and tiles were coming off in the bathroom, but overall the staff at the front desk were warm and wonderful at the restaurant staff was standing in the back having a chitchat and nobody was there to help us at breakfast time"

"The breakfast was not the best, it was very repetitive and limited. Some of the staff at the front desk were not the friendliest and not willing to help us. For example booking a tour, instead of helping us figure out how to book it the lady at the front desk simply handed us a pamphlet without saying a word to us. Our microwave did not work the whole time and on our final night when we came back from being out all day, all our towels were gone so we had to use a small hand towel for our showers. In addition they kept running out of beach towels whenever we wanted to go to the pool. There is no room service and or dining options besides breakfast, so you will have to either Uber Eats or walk down the road for lunch and or dinner. "

"The property is efficiently arranged and incredibly clean. There are also a couple of 'oasis' areas in the hotel where you can take in a view of the surrounding mountains and enjoy a fresh breeze from garden atrium. Good restaurant food as well which makes this a great venue for solo travelers"

"Solo pasamos una noche ya que salíamos al otro día de viaje, tiene buena localización porque está cerca del aereopuerto. El personal excelente, al cuarto le hacía falta cariño porque se ve un poco viejo y olía mucho a humedad. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno. "

"I’ve genuinely never stayed anywhere quite like this—and not in a good way. This hotel is so far from 5-star, it’s hard to know where to begin. On arrival, there was just one person working at reception during what we were told is peak season. You’re forced into a single queue for everything—check-in, broken room keys, general queries—which meant a long wait just to get to the desk. Unsurprisingly, no one in the queue seemed happy. The rooms are incredibly dated—like stepping back into the 1970s. Everything feels old and tired, right down to a corded phone mounted on the bathroom wall. It’s not charming or retro, just in serious need of an update. Breakfast was completely average—nothing you’d expect from a hotel positioning itself as 5-star. The pool itself is decent, but it was so overcrowded that people were sitting on the floor due to a lack of seating. Towels also ran out and weren’t replenished, despite asking multiple times. At best, this is a 3-star hotel charging 5-star prices. I wouldn’t recommend it."
