Everyone was super kind just a little expensive to do laundry lol 10$ USD which was almost 15$ Canadian . Breakfast was toast and fruit . Place was clean . Only complaint would be the people upstairs being very loud all night sounded like moving furniture around scraping on the floors & dropping things . Staff was very respectful and kind . <3

I was very satisfied with the home I stayed at during my visit to Costa Rica. It was located in an area that was both residential and commercial. It was within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The hosts were very polite, the home was clean, and the room was clean and modern. If you’re looking for a resort style environment this is not for you, but this is perfect as a place to sleep and as a jumping off point for day trips.

Overall, everything was very good. The place was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Breakfast was quite simple, but overall the stay was great value for the price. The staff were very good، professional, polite, and respectful. They were a bit reserved in their manner, but still courteous and helpful. when we got there there was a bunch of little ants I went to go tell the staff and cl and it right away, they were all gone except for like 2-3 but they werent harmful. there was a Mexican restaurant right next door which was delicious, a fresh market where we got some food a McDonald's and KFC crossing the street too.. so you could never really starve. we didn't get to try the breakfast because our activities started at 4:30 am and breakfast is at 7 am

Friendly neighborhood, restaurants in walking distance and Claro phone services. There wasn't ac, there was a fan. The room and washrooms are nice. There is a mini fridge but you need to plug it in. The property has a friendly dog and greenery/green house area. Sometimes the dog pees there and does it's business. Maybe better training of the dog would be good. It would also be nice if staff was at the front desk more as sometimes WhatsApp messages take a long time for a response or non-response I'm not sure if it was because of Easter, but the church across the street was very loud even at 2am Friday to Sunday morning. The streets were full of church goers so I assume there was an event. Had I known, I wouldn't have stayed there.

I absolutely loved everything about this place from the room to the little sitting area right outside my sliding doors, there were two things I wasn’t too pleased about, the dog barking in the middle of the night for over an hour and the smell in the room cause there was no real ventilation. I had to leave the sliding door cracked open to get fresh air circulating in the room, other than that, it’s an absolute beauty! The location is perfect! Had a supermarket at the corner, a small restaurant and fast food such as McDonald and KFC, and Papa John’s.

I liked the way the room was setup and the outdoors. It is walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.The website states there is parking available and breakfast included but they do not specify that there is a $10 cash fee charge to reserve a parking space and there is only 2 available.Also for breakfast is just bread with jam, and mixed fruits. There is a cute dog around but she is not potty trained so she pees around and the smell is not pleasant. I only stayed for 1 night so it didn't mind.
