"Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. Once I went down to address this issue with the reception manager- we were told that the hotel has overbooked and we would have to stay in that room until the next day. This was HIGHLY inconvenient as my husband is over 6ft tall and struggled to...
